Emerald Bay project to launch in 2019

THE Emerald Bay housing project, jointly conducted by a Singapore company and Tet Lann company in Yangon, will launch in 2019 on 70 acres in Thakayta Township, according to a statement released by the consortium group.
The modern city and eco-smart project is located on the point where three rivers, the Yangon, Bago and Pazuntaung, meet.
The project includes a 32-story, 40 condominium high rise to be built in the first phase. Also, five 32-story buildings will be built among the remaining housing, to be completed in five years, according to the statement released by the Yangon Golden Paragon.
The showroom for the project is expected to be completed soon, with the permission of the Yangon City Development Committee. Plans call for the showroom to be open to the public in February, 2019.
